Anita and I wanted to take a moment and let you know that we have been very pleased with your performance on the sale of our home.  You have greatly exceeded our expectations with regards to vast knowledge, complete market analysis, commitment to our needs, and overall time and effort spent. 

It is indeed a pleasure working with a great professional.  In today's real estate market in Loudoun County, getting a ratified contract in 10-days (including 4 days of negotiation with multiple proposals) is very impressive.  We calculated that the ratio of our list price to the sales price is 98.9%.  It is still 97.7% considering the $5k subsidy.  Great Job!
